Essential Job Functions:
*Provide technical support services to clients regarding complex cases via emails and chat sessions;
*Troubleshoot application integration and ensure customer satisfaction;
*Assist in application implementation;
*Collaborate with Tier 1 and Tier 3 teams in order to resolve technical issues;
*Maintain correct case documentation and follow up regarding updates.

Requirements

Requirements and qualifications:
*Fluency in English;
*Previous experience on a technical support position;
*Solid written communication skills;
*Excellent troubleshooting skills;
*Good understanding of HTML, CSS, SQL and JavaScript;
*Bonus points for experience with application program interface and software as a service.
