Job Description
a) We can look at Education factor - like Computer science , IT or networking
b) If there is no formal education then try Certification which are like Computer OR Microsoft OR Cisco CCNA
c) Look at work experience which has Software Support, Desktop application support or Field Analyst installation at customer side
Requirements
• Strong software technical support skills
• High Degree of technical competency within range of printers
• Strong troubleshooting, simulation and problem solving capabilities
• Strong remote configuration and troubleshooting capabilities
• Clear written and oral skills (C1/C2 in English and German OR French)
• Ability to communicate with empathy
• Good documentation skills
Qualification:
• Industry stand certificate – Comp TIA A+, Network +, Cisco CCT, Microsoft MOS, MTA or MSCA. (Preferred but not required)
