We are looking for a powerful technical profile to join the Product team in the TORTOSA (in the south of Tarragona, Catalonia) office. We are looking for an Enterprise Software Architect.

This person will report directly to the CIO of the company and will lead a team of 25 people, so apart from good knowledge and technical experience we look for an extra, very important, experience in team management. And potencial to become the new CTO.

As an Enterprise SW ARQ of Captio your main resonsabilities will be:

- Develop the company's technology strategy aligned with the business objectives
- Supervise systems and infrastructure to ensure their efficiency
- Build QA processes and data security
- Lead a legacy code refactoring strategy
- Technically train the development team
- Ensure the code quality of the development team
- Comply with the development methodology defined by the company
- Monitor KPIs that ensure good technical product performance

To match the vacancy successfully, you must provide:

- Experience in the management of high concurrency and high availability environments - Experience in SW product architecture in the cloud
- Good communication skills
- Leadership
- High resolution capacity and results orientation

We will value very positively:
- Knowledge of Microsoft technologies and Azure environments
- Agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
- Fluent English

Our ideal candidate provides:

• Higher technical base education (Engineering)..
• Minimum experience between 5 and 10 years in a similar position, ideally in a software development company.
• Good communication skills and team management skills.
