English Helpdesk Support (Remote)

Job Description

Alphanumeric is looking for a Helpdesk Support, FLUENT in English to provide polite and professional support to external customers and clients at all times. You will receive, document and track all incoming customer/user calls for immediate remedy and closure. You will support customer billing requests f Micsrofot 365 products. Paid training is provided.

Working hours: Monday to Friday - 15:00 - 24:00 (Lisbon time) This role supports the US market. Work from home Programme

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide support and instruction for client products
Perform all procedures based on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPS) with associated testing
Update knowledge base for all clients
Ability to have flexible schedule to assist in responding to emergency support issues and situations

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in customer service, helpdesk or call center environment, preferably in the billing department
Excellent English skills to be able to provide support towards the US market
Experience in the following fields on an enterprise network environment: Outlook/Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365
