English Customer Care Agent

Ours clients are currently looking for fluent NATIVE ENGLISH speakers to work as Customer Service Agents!

Locations: Greece

Different projects with the main responsibilities:

Identify and assess customer’s need to achieve satisfaction.
Handle and resolve client’s problems via phone, chatting and emails.
Provide accurate and valid information by using the right tools.
Communicate clearly and gently with all consumers.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

Requirements:

You need to like to work with people and surrounded by people
You need to be energetic, willing to work in shifts and give your best
You need to be curious about an international experience and keen of going abroad
Have developed communication and soft skills.
Have advanced Tech skills.
Be native in English. Any additional languages will be a plus
Be capable of handling stressful situations and demanding clients.
