We are currently looking for Embedded Software Project Engineers for our client, one of the top global providers of industrial automation products and solutions. You will act as a technical team leader for other engineers, and you'll also develop the software yourself. The job is located in Katowice in Poland and our client will help you with relocation, both in terms of financial and legal matters.

We are looking for someone who will join the department which is developing communication modules for industrial automation installations. The office in Katowice is responsible for the entire process of software development, from the collection of requirements to product release. All of the critical decisions concerning architecture are made on site so you will have a significant impact on what you're working on. You'll also have a chance to work with the newest technologies in a modern and well-equipped laboratory. You will work on exciting projects in a creative environment and a friendly atmosphere as well as take part in training and workshops.
Your main tasks will include:
- developing and implementing embedded software
- creating the architecture and product code
- ensuring the high quality of software you're creating
- preparing technical documentation
- technical leadership of other engineers
Requirements
At least 7 years of professional experience
Experience with developing embedded software
Knowledge of C++ programming language
Experience in technical team leadership or technical project management
Good level of English
Knowledge of microprocessors, multi-processor systems, TCP/IP, Ethernet protocols or RTOS
