Requirements
What challenges fulfill the day of the agent?
- Taking care of gamers enquiries via email, chat box – ONLY written communication;
- Playing and testing games;
- Consulting and supporting the gamers;
- Solving different cases when is necessary;
- Maintain in depth knowledge about the games.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Fluency in German, French or Russian;
- Advanced in English;
- You must be an active gamer and familiar with both PC and Console gaming;
- Friendly personality;
- Team player.
