E-commerce Account Manager with English

For one of our clients – a well-known brand in the field of electronic commerce – we are looking for an E-commerce Account Manager with English who could join their growing team.

Essential duties and responsibilities:
* Analyze and understand customers’ needs and requests;
* Coordinate the implementation process of new features and functions on client accounts;
* Ensure a smooth implementation process and customer satisfaction;
* Create reports and presentations whenever necessary;
* Demonstrate excellent project management skills.

Requirements:
* Fluency in English;
* Background in the e-commerce industry;
* Account management experience;
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
* Ability to prioritize tasks and stay focused;
* Strong PC literacy;
* Passion for marketing and client management.
