Provide world class services – customer service
Deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically
Analyzing customer needs, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve problems
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions and actions taken
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Requirements
Dutch native level, verbal and written
English high level, verbal and written
Customer service experience is a plus
Computer skills – first level of support
Soft skills: customer-focused mindset, listening, phone skills, verbal and written communication, building relationships, problem solving, multi-tasking
