Responsibilities:
• Creating concept designs for projects involving residential developments and public realm spaces
• Carrying out construction and presentation drawings
• Conducting application submissions for the Planning Authority
• Carrying out reports regarding Property Conditions
• Carrying out surveys of properties
• Liaising with relevant authorities and clients and attending site meetings

Requirements:
• Good communication skills; both written and verbal
• Excellent knowledge of the Maltese and English language would be ideal
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Knowledgeable regarding local sanitary and planning regulations
• Ideally have own transport
• Ability to work under pressure and ensure deadlines are met
