Job Description
⦁ Candidate must be graduate or undergraduate, preferably DRA trained or certified
⦁ Minimum 1 year experience in working as Direct Field collection staff for reputed bank or Field agency
⦁ Candidate must have valid Government ID and address proof, Police verification report is mandatory or need to be applied
⦁ Candidate must be good in tracing the customers on field
⦁ Candidate must have exposure in collecting minimum 150 cases in field
⦁ Candidate must have a two wheeler and smart phone
⦁ Candidate must have knowledge in accessing Field governance app
⦁ Candidate should not have any kind of negative mark in their previous organization
⦁ Candidate must be presentable and should possess good communication skill in their local language
