Job content
Develop business by growing existing accounts and identifying opportunities with new clients
Collaborate on internal multi-disciplinary engagements and client service teams to broaden and enhance the customer experience
Direct multiple client engagements providing ethics and compliance advisory services in the pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device sectors
Lead multi-disciplinary project teams in delivering consulting services to global clients
Coach and grow this diverse team and participate therefore in recruitment activities
Develop marketing strategies based on changes in the regulatory and enforcement environment
Oversee project administration including contracting, budget management, staffing and resource allocation
Promote knowledge sharing and develop staff
Actively develop your personal network as well as the international KPMG network

Requirements
Master's degree in a relevant field
At least 8 years of relevant industry providing professional services to life sciences companies or working in a life sciences compliance role
Consulting experience is an absolute must
Proficient project management skills are necessary
Commitment to quality service delivery, client oriented and dedicated personality
Proven track record in client relationship and business development, including sales and acquisition experience on large international clients
Demonstrated experience in leadership and team mentoring and performance management
Significant understanding of the domestic and global regulatory landscape and challenges currently facing the life sciences industry
Ability and willingness to travel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Language skills in German are highly welcomed but not necessary
