For one of our clients – a global business service company specialized in customer engagement – we are looking for a Digital Retail Store Support Representative with French, German, Croatian and English. The position is suitable for candidates who have passion for fashion trends, exceptional customer service and communication.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Receive inbound calls from clients regarding clothing articles and accessories;
* Engage with clients in a friendly and positive manner;
* Create great digital retail experience for every customer;
* Maintain excellent product knowledge;
* Administer information according to the company’s guidelines.

Requirements:
* Proficiency in French, German, Croatian;
* Advanced level of English;
* Good multitasking and typing skills;
* Good general computer literacy.
