Digital Learning Change Lead (English)

The Company.

For one of our clients, an international Shared Service Centre based in Barcelona, we are currently recruiting for a Digital Learning Change Lead with an excellent level of English.

The Job.

In this role you will be driving the Talent Development transformation programme, supporting the Global Talent Director with end-to-end programme strategy and execution. This position will be critical to support the definition and implementation of a plan that secures the capabilities, resources, communication plan and stakeholder engagement plan which need to be delivered for the transformation programme.

Your responsibilities:

– Definition of the scope of the programme and the benefits case
– Design Roadmap of the Programme
– Monitoring dependencies and alignment with associated programmes / projects (e.g. Customer Connect, Network Transformation project, Data integrity project)
– Business sponsorship and adoption, Stakeholder engagement and Communication plan
– Define workstreams and budget management
– Definition of roles and capabilities of the programme team
– Resource analysis
– Stakeholder mapping
– Change impact assessment and plans to mitigate
– Definition of metrics, monitoring and progress reports
– Ongoing programme management
– Organise and facilitate Workshops, Learning Forum, Business Advisory Forum and Steering Committee

The Profile.

– You have an excellent level of English
– You have solid change management experience (min.4 years), specifically in Learning change programmes
– You are familiar with design thinking, agile certification (scrum master, product owner)
– You can present concepts with cross-functional teams explaining the purpose and rationale
– You have an experience working on a global level with different cultures
– You have strong communication skills and ability to adjust to various eye levels
– You are willing to travel between Barcelona and London (30%)
– You are accurate, have attention to details, excellent quality management skills and high-level of customer experience orientation
– You have a positive “Can do” attitude
– You have a strong analytical and data driven mind-set
– You are Tech-saavy and with an understanding of digital learning tools
– You have Intercultural experience
