SRGEurope has been appointed to recruit a Digital Compliance Training Officer for a world leading International iGaming businesses with one of their bases in Gibraltar. You will be responsible for the designing, scheduling and delivery of Regulatory Affairs/Compliance training across the digital business. This position will report to The Head of delivery.
Responsible for delivering a strategic training plan in association with the regulatory Affairs team. Retail/Group compliance, to support the Regulatory Affairs team in protecting the PML Holders, Directors, Shareholders and all stakeholders from compliance breaches
Digital Compliance Training Officer Responsibilities:
• Be part of a team of experts responsible for the design and delivery of training related to regulations and processes in respect of gambling compliance, regulatory compliance and governance for the whole digital group
• Lead on designing and scheduling training for regulatory affairs related training for the digital business
• Delivering compliance awareness, advertising & responsible gambling training to relevant employees across multiple locations
• Liaising with all areas of the business to ensure all relevant employees attend the appropriate regulatory affairs training modules
• Establishes a reporting process to ensure that management is kept appraised of all training related to regulatory affairs, including modules, intended audiences and rollout plans
• Manage the record keeping for all training delivered and attendees for each session
• Lead on delivery of all training modules related to Regulatory Affairs
• Manage any 3rd supplier relationships with respect to training including e-FRISK
• Develop and work towards a strategy to re-build all e-learning courses on another platform will full control over content and tracking
Digital Compliance Training Officer Requirements:
• Hold a degree level qualification or equivalent
• Extensive experience in designing and delivering training using multiple styles and techniques
• Good understanding of learning styles and the requirements of the digital business
• Communicating effectively with senior business members, third parties, and external auditors
• Ability to travel when appropriate
• Flexibility to Manage Change – meet the changing needs of the business
• Assertive & enthusiastic
