Digital Channels Officer

We are looking for a Digital Channels Officer to assist in the promotion of a digital marketing strategy across multiple channels. If you have experience in a Marketing and PR role and are looking for a new and exciting challenge. We’d love to hear from you.


What is expected of you?

Assist in managing the relationship between the company and the public.

Manage and maintain the website.

Develop and implement social media strategy and maximise profile across all activities.

Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.

Work with the Corporate Affairs team to identify content opportunities and produce the relevant materials and broadcast in the most appropriate digital channel

Interface with external agencies and consultants as required.

Assist and project manage specific projects

Identify digital trends and evaluate emerging technologies

Assist in the organisation of internal campaigns and events

Draft reports and reviews of events organised.

Assist in establishing a good working relationship with all departments

What are you expected to bring?

Diploma or higher level of Education, in Communications, Marketing, Management

Solid knowledge of website analytics tools, and an advanced understanding of Wordpress, SEO tactics, Hootsuite

Strong analytical skills and data driven thinking

Proven experience of delivering successful integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution

Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Mailchimp/email marketing

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and changing environment.

Able to leads and develops others while thinking and acting strategically.
