Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Review tickets and provide support to gamers through different channels;
* Document all cases according to the established procedures and escalate whenever needed;
* Ensure that every player receives outstanding customer service experience;
* Be passionate about online games and enjoy working on flexible shifts.

Requirements

Requirements:
* Proficiency in Spanish or German and English – written and verbal;
* Ability to work on a shifting schedule;
* Good time management skills;
* Positive attitude and motivation;
* Previous experience on a customer service position would be an advantage.
