DevOps Engineer

For our client, an international company delivering first World-class OTT platform with sport content, we are looking for DevOps Engineer.

You will be a part of the team working on a platform which revolutionizes the way people watch sports. The company puts the consumer first, provides more content, no ads, no long contract and a single low monthly fee.

In this role you will contribute to creating new features and platforms as a part of cross-functional team. Your aim will be to shorten the deployment cycle in order for the teams to make faster releases. We are looking for someone with the ability to deliver customer facing, large scale applications.



Responsibilities:
- Improving the deployment of software to gurantee multiple releases and implementation of updates across all platforms
- Preparing the necessary documentation
- Supporting other team members in their work
- Monitoring performance of the system and dealing with any issues and failures

Requirements:
- Knowledge of AWS
- Knowledge of Linux or Unix
- Experience with pipelines built with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment
- Knowledge of scripting languages (for example: Bash, Node.js, Perl, Python)
- Experience with management of repository and artifacts
- Experience with configuration management tools
- Knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks
- Experience with working in an Agile environment

Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Lambda and Terraform
- Knowledge of multiple operating systems including virtualization, containers, etc.
