Design Engineer
Job Description
- Analyses specifications and prepares technical files to be presented to the customer;
- Designs the shop drawings for the factory;
- Designs the installation file;
- Close cooperation with the sales department to eliminate any misunderstandings regarding the specifications;
- Follows-up of the project during the production stage;
- Responsibility for the quality of the project according the customer specifications;
- Responsibility for the deadlines established with the customers;
- Occasionally, helps the colleagues from the estimation department.

Requirements
- University degree, preferably engineering studies;
- Experience in designing aluminium systems;
- Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD (2D and 3D) or Catia;
- Advanced knowledge of software’s used for aluminium and curtain wall estimation and design;
- Advanced know-how of aluminium systems (like Reynaers, Schuco, etc.)
- Good knowledge of English and/or French (spoken and written).
- Experience in designing aluminium systems;
- Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD (2D and 3D) or Catia;
- Advanced knowledge of software’s used for aluminium and curtain wall estimation and design;
