Requirements

. Fluent in Italian (mandatory)
. Available to work 8 hours/day in fixed shifts
. Strong in communication and interpersonal skills
. Able to pick up new technology quickly
. Internet knowledge and usability
. English spoken and written will be a plus

. Esperienza contatto/ supporto al cliente o similare
. Interesse per lo sport in generale
. Mentalità e spirito giovanile
. Buona comprensione di internet
. Conoscenza minima tecnologie moderne (PS4, Xbox, Smart TV, iPhone, Android, Tablets)
. Buona velocità di scrittura su tastiera
. Buona grammatica italiana
. Empatia verso gli utenti e voglia di aiutare

For non-EU applicants it is mandatory to hold a valid work permit
