Data Support Specialist with English (Night Shift)

For one of our clients - one of the top business process outsourcing companies in the world - we are looking for - Data Support Specialist with English.
This position handles a high volume of in-bound emails with complex issues and resolving customer concerns.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provides Data Support;
* Supply research, coordinate resolutions and determine additional steps that may be required to maximize customer satisfaction;
* Assist with reporting and tracking activities, account setup processing and on-line services setups, as needed.

Requirements:
* Exellent English;
* Ability to work with others to resolve problems, handle requests or situations.
