Offer high quality assistance to online communities of players;
Receive incoming calls / chat / emails and provides information about the offered services;
Finalize each call / instance through a resolution;
Communicate and collaborate effectively with colleagues to achive team / department goals.

Requirements
Fluent in both written and spoken Polish (advanced level);
Good understanding of English (B1 Level);
Highschool degree;
Good PC skills: Word and Excel;
