Job Description
• Assisting clients in a friendly, helpful manner via Live Chat, telephone and email
• Educating clients in the company’s platforms, trading products, account opening/deposit/withdrawal procedures
• Maintaining the company’s high standard of client communication
• Working as part of a team to ensure department KPI’s are met, particularly with regards to response times and client satisfaction levels
• Handling complaints professionally and courteously
• Working a rotating shift pattern covering 08:00 – 16:00 and 16:00 – 00:00
Requirements
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible, energetic with a positive attitude
• Willing to work in a regulated environment and observe the guidelines set by the relevant governing body
• Computer literate (MS Office)
• Ability to work as part of a team is essential
• Experience within the Forex industry will be considered an advantage
• Knowledge of CySec Laws, Directives and Guidelines will be considered an advantage
• Knowledge of other languages will be considered as an advantage (German, Danish, Norwegian, Swedish)
