A BPO company, leader in the industry, is currently on the look for new members to their excellent customer support team. Customer Support Agents who can assist clients with product issues and help to maintain a high customer retention level.
If you are communicative and fluent in one of the following languages – Dutch, Portuguese, Italian or Polish, they are searching for you.
Main responsibilities:
• Answering customers’ questions via phone, e-mail, chat;
• Helping them to solve a problem when there is one;
• Keeping a positive relationship with customers to ensure upmost satisfaction;
• Monitor the customer satisfaction levels and develop methods for increasing them.
Customer Support Agent will be responsible for taking incoming calls from our customer base and addressing customer product issues and concerns with the company. The successful candidate will be required to develop a comprehensive understanding of our customer service policies and know when issues need to be escalated to the management staff for resolution.
Requirements
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch, Portuguese, Italian or Polish;
• Good knowledge of English;
• Positive attitude and goal oriented personality;
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
