For one of our clients-a global BPO company- we are searching for Customer support advisor with Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Turkish, Russian, German, French, Czech and English.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
·Daily communicate with customers via different channels;
·Respond promptly to customer inquiries;
·Handle and resolve complaints;
·Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate bug reports to management;
·Performs additional tasks according to business needs.
Requirements
Requirements:
·Fluency in Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Turkish, Russian, German, French, Czech;
·Very good command in English- level B2-C1;
·Outstanding comunicationskills;
·Sales background is considered as strong advantage;
·Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications and very good typing skills;
·Good organizational and problem solving skills.
