As a customer service representative, you are responsible for handling customer inquiries, advice or review processes, become part of our international team and secure the best possible services.
Inbound Customer Service;
Secure respectable waiting times for our customers and answer questions at the highest level by phone, email and live chat;
The guarantee excellent service quality and efficiency to achieve our team goals;
You advise customers competently and offer active newest offers
