On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to work in our client's offices in Malta!

Job description:

Support the agents with their personal development (monthly 1to1s etc.)
Review tickets for quality assurance and to help agents grow
Setting up schedule
Develop and update material and procedures for the team
Assist in hiring process
Training of new team members
Aid manager with any tasks that needs to be completed
Assure emails, KYC and chats are handled in a timely and proper manner
Help agents with any difficult cases, escalations, questions, or technical problems
Maintain great knowledge of all products and websites
At all times have a positive, professional and approachable attitude
Lead by example

Requirements

Requirements:

1+ year of iGaming experience
Some previous experience in leadership is a MUST
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
Can work well under pressure
Exemplary and responsible player
