Customer Service Specialist Supply Chain

Are you a self-motivated, hands-on and with a customer service oriented mindset? Are you motivated by joining a newly created Supply Chain team responsible to provide a high level of service to our customers located in several countries in Europe?

In this role you’ll be… the primary Supply Chain point of contact for the commercial operations and other Company’s platforms and responsible to coordinate the order fulfilment process for a portfolio of products and customers.
You’ll have an opportunity to… join a newly created Supply Chain team and play an active role that will contribute directly to the success of our new distribution strategy.
You should possess… at least 3 years’ experience as Customers Service Representative in an industrial environment.

Principal Activities/Duties/Responsibilities

• Coordinate necessary activities from order receipt to delivery & inter-company invoice.
• Process incoming orders and ensures that data and information are accurate and complete.
• Liaise with customer relationship team, third party logistics platform, internal supply entities customer services, demand management, procurement, shipping office and forwarders to ensure a smooth fulfilment of customers’ orders.
• Provide an on-going support to commercial operations (e.g. customers’ relationship teams) or indirect partners (e.g. distributors) under his / her scope by answering their inquiries (delivery lead-times).
• Measure and analyses customer services performance and propose / implement improvements; more generally propose and implement initiatives to improve performance in the area.

Requirements

Education and/or Experience Required
At least 3 years’ experience as Customer Service Representative in an industrial environment operated with SAP system.
Practical experience with SAP SD and MM module.
International trade rules, import and export operations.
Experience in dangerous goods (e.g. transport, storage constraints, trade compliance, VAT) is a strong advantage.
Strong experience with 3PL.
Customer-oriented.
Hands-on.
Fluent in English
