We are searching for bright individuals for one of their projects in Varna, the position is called Customer Service Representatives with Russian, French, German, Italian or English .

Essential Job Functions:
*Communicate with clients via phone and emails;
*Respond promptly to customer inquiries;
*Keep records of customer interactions and ensure customer satisfaction;
*Maintain positive and professional attitude.

Requirements and qualifications:
*Fluency Russian, French, German, Italian or English for international company;
*Great interpersonal skills;
*Strong work ethic and team player attitude;
*Bonus points
for previous experience on a similar position.
