For one of our clients – we are looking for Customer Service Representative with German, French, Portuguese, Hebrew, Polish, Russian.
With your excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, you can create positive experiences inside an innovative, fast-growing company that offers competitive pay and great benefits.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Your mission is to offer customer support (7-8 customers) through phone, email, online chat or social media to customers who have questions, concerns or confusion around a particular product or service;
* Maintains and updates customer information as necessary;
* Build strong partnerships with clients and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor;
* Identifying problems quickly and resolving them to provide the best possible outcome for the customer.

Requirements:
* Excellent skills in German, French, Portuguese, Hebrew, Polish, Russian -B2-C1;
* English B2;
* Effective problem solving and communication skills;
* Strong attention to detail.
