Job Description
The work includes handling incoming calls, chats and emails providing high quality customer service in a professional and efficient manner. Assisting customers by providing adequate solutions based on the processes and guidelines, collecting necessary information and offering relative answers assuring to live up to the best standards and achieving the targets and key performance indicators.
Requirements
Ability to relocate to Athens, Greece.
Fluency in one of the following languages German, Dutch, Italian, French, Slovak, Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Czech and good command of English.
Confidence, professionalism, commitment.
Excellent communication skills.
Time keeping and ability to work in a rotating/night shifts.
Adaptation to customers’ needs and high attention to details.
Active listening skills.
Good technical skills.
Benefits
Salary : 1250,- p.m gross + double salary twice a year + free lunch at work + 300 Euro per month for housing + 100 Euro per month for relocation.
Type of contract: One year contract, with the possibility of permanent contract after one year.
Period: Minimum of 4 months
Relocation package: Booked flight ticket + 2 weeks free hotel at arrival, Pick up from Airport and support with finding a permanent place.
