Responsibilities
• Provide world class services – customer service
• Deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically
• Analyzing customer needs, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve problems
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions and actions taken
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

• English high level, verbal and written
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Computer skills – first level of support
• Soft skills: customer-focused mindset, listening, phone skills, verbal and written
communication, building relationships, problem solving, multi-tasking
• 18 years old or older
Benefits
Relocation: up to 200 euro for flight tickets reimbursed in the first salary, 300 Euro accommodation assistance for the 1st month and, from the 2nd to 5th month 150 euro accommodation assistance (it is paid with the salary so they can use it for other things if they want).
Working hours: Full time position (39h/week); based on shifts 8am to 8pm – Monday to Sunday (they will also consider part timers)
