Job Description

We are seeking a great worker to join their customer service team to provide empathetic and sincere interactions with customers that builds the company image. Suitable candidate needs to have excellent communicatoion skills (English), be a team player, resilient and able to work under pressure. Previous work experience in a similar role would be an advantage but a recent Graduate with no work experience will be considered as well.

Responsibilities:
- To provide empathetic and sincere interactions with customers that builds the company image.
- Ale to deal with client objections confidently with reassuring answers.
- Able to work under pressure with high call volumes and deal with irate customers.
- Take ownership and accountability of customers problems and ensure they are addressed.
- Be solution driven and meet our promises to customers and deliver on them quickly.
