Do you speak Finnish, Swedish, Danish and Norwegian?

Are you interested in moving abroad?
At the moment we are looking for: Nordics (Finnish, Swedish, Danish and Norwegian) speakers to fill several vacancies.

The conditions are according to the following requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required for both Nordic & English (B2/C1);
Writing Speed: 20 words per minute.
Project: to be disclosed
Starting date: Ongoing
Travel Expenses: Paid by our client;
Accommodation: Our client offer the first 14 days of stay in Hotel, during this time will have a company looking for accommodation according to your expectations;
Health Insurance after 4 months of contract
Initial Contract: 12 months
Salary: 1300 euros gross (x14) + monthly performance bonus 0-200 euros + vouchers.
Working hours is 8 hours per day/ 5 days per week
Working hours based on client’s needs, mainly Monday – Sunday: 08:00 – 24:00

Responsibilities:
To respond and record consumer enquiries/questions raised through free phone lines for customers.
To maintain accurate data input of consumer enquiries, questions and feedback on the customer services database.
To ensure client complaints are dealt with and logged in line with the company’s complaints escalation policy.
To ensure all support calls and (when applicable) emails are answered and resolved within the agreed SLAs and logged appropriately.
To troubleshoot through the use of open questions, support documents and system training.
To be able to offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions

2. Up to two week’s accommodation in a hotel close to our premises
provided by the company.
3. We will help you in order to find an apartment to stay either alone
or share one with a colleague.
