Customer Retention Specialist (German)

With schools and offices spread over 50 countries, they are looking for a new enthusiastic professional to join their international customer retention service team in Barcelona!

The Job.

In this role, you are responsible for keeping customers happy and promote the company’s online courses to the German market. You will have a key role in the development and quality of the company.
Your main responsibilities:
– You ensure that students have the best learning experience
– You answer any incoming queries and offer quality call service in German
– You follow up monthly with students on their progress, handle objections and provide personal solutions to help manage time and progress
– You advise students on how to achieve learning targets
– You motivate and guide students through the online platform
– You handle administrative and back office tasks related to payments, collections, etc.
– You work in line with the operations requirements of quality and productivity
– You update the CRM system accordingly

Requirements

The Profile.

– You have a native level of German + excellent English
– You have a very strong sense of responsibility and ownership
– You can work independently, take decisions on your own but also be part of a team
– You have a positive attitude
– You have excellent communication skills
– You are customer and quality oriented
– You are excellent at multitasking
– Experience with Salesforce is a plus
