You know what it is like? You spend the entire year looking forward to your annual holiday, a time of relaxation and no worries around fares, tickets or destinations. And then the plans change!

If you try to do it all yourself you find that the combination of hotels and flights is a little bit complex, things can change or go wrong and that is where our Sales and Retention Agents come in to their own; ensuring that any issues arising are sorted out swiftly and easily and that our guest just have that relaxing and memorable holiday experience.

Requirements

You have worked within travel so know how the industry works.

You can quickly think of solutions – for example when hotels change their availability

You have experience of Amadeus or other global booking system.

You are self-motivated and target driven; familiar with selling ‘hotel only’ and ‘flight-plus’ holidays – plus a range of other ancillary products – to customers in the UK and overseas.

Your knowledge and experience of a variety of holiday destinations enables to you advise with potential customers with credibility and authenticity.

You are used to working to tight deadlines so can manage your time well and thrive when having lots of different challenges to prioritise and complete. You know how to keep professional when dealing with tricky customers and enjoy working as part of a busy team.

You also have a good knowledge about worldwide travel destinations and keen to learn even more.

We will provide a market-leading salary package, with a great basic rate + excellent OTE through our sales commission structure.

Our contact centre is open 7 days a week 08:00 – 20:00. Shift patterns are variable and based on a 37.5 hour contract to include some weekend work. We will be happy to discuss with you should you be shortlisted for an interview.
