Your primary responsibilities:
• Answers customers’ inquiries and provide high-touch, reactive customer solutions to customers via email, live chat, and phone;
• Build strong relationships with clients;
• Solving different issues when is necessary;
• Maintain positive attitude at all times.

• Fluent French;
• Good level of English;
