• Responding to incoming calls, both promptly and effectively
• Ensuring full customer service is provided, following company standards
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
• Maintaining, processing and posting of insurance claims

• Previous experience in a similar role would be an asset
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel
