Job Description

Our client, an online luxury goods retailer, is looking for a Customer Care Executive to join their team.
This role would be suitable for an experienced customer service representative, preferably someone who has previously worked in either luxury retail, property letting, estate agent or call centre environment.

What is expected of you?

◦Take calls from clients
◦Respond to internal and external enquiries via email, phone and face-to-face
◦Manage customer entries
◦Manage and update clients
◦Provide customers with purchase offers and product knowledge
◦Update client databases
◦Perform general administration tasks
◦Support other departments
