For one of our clients – a global leader in providing payment solutions, we are looking for experienced customer advising professionals.
Your primary responsibilities:
• Utilizes support documentation such as knowledge bases to resolve client issues;
• Provide accurate information to clients;
• Advise customers on available payment options;
• Discuss sensitive financial or technical situations;
• Establish rapport with customers.
