Your primary responsibilities:

• Utilizes support documentation such as knowledge bases to resolve client issues;
• Provide accurate information to clients;
• Advise customers on available payment options;
• Discuss sensitive financial or technical situations;
• Establish rapport with customers.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Italian/ German/ French/ Polish;
• Excellent command of English;
• Previous experience in contact center;
• Professional communication skills.
