Customer Adviser - German & English

• You will be the first point of contact for our customers for account related questions mainly via chat and email. There are some phone conversations as well.
• You will work closely with other internal and external departments to assist in the resolution of customer queries and issues.
• You will work on a flexible 24/7 shifts schedule so you can also combine work with your studies or hobbies. You can give your own working shift preferences a month ahead!
