CRM Executive

The Company.

For one of our client, an international Shared Service Center based in Barcelona, we are currently recruiting for a CRM Executive, with knowledge in SQL.

The Job.

Being part of the Market&Technology Implementation team you will be managing and developing the infrastructure on the European CRM platform of our client to maximize their campaign performance.

Your main responsibilities are:

- Implementing campaign infrastructures and deploying automation inside Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot and data management platform
- Implementing processes and improvements inside the Marketing Technology environment
- Developing new features and automation of existing processes
- Building data and workflows to create multi-wave, automated and multichannel marketing campaigns (email, social media, webinar)
- Materializing marketing ideas involving external agencies occasionally
- Working with Data&CRM Analytics in order to better define data optimization points
- Supporting with troubleshooting issues and identifying and implementing solutions

The Profile.

- You have a very high level of English (other European languages are considered as a plus
- You have experience with Salesforce Marketing Could/Exact Target or other marketing automation/email marketing/CRM system
- You have min. 2 years of experience with SQL
- You have knowledge in JavaScript and HTML
- You have Project Management experience (desirable)
- You are dynamic, motivated and independent
- You have experience collaborating closely with other departments
- You are a real team player
- You have the ability to adapt to and perform in a fastpaced, changing environment
