CRM Communications Executive

The CRM Communications Executive will be part of the team responsible for planning, creating and executing campaigns accurately and timely. The main responsibilities of this role include setting up, testing, sending, tracking and reporting on email, SMS and Push campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Managing email, push and SMS marketing channels
Development/implementation of performance driven CRM marketing campaigns in line with current strategy
Building, testing, sending, tracking and elaborating reports on campaigns
Planning and executing tests to determine best practice for different campaigns and customer segments
Developing and delivering all communication (dynamic, targeted and personalised) to different customer segments
Managing the automated customer workflows (NRC) together with the CRM Manager and Country teams
Building and maintaining effective customer journeys for active and inactive customers
Main point of contact between the company and its ESP provider
Collaborating with internal teams such as the graphics department when changes and updates are needed
Analysing and tracking the effectiveness of email, SMS and push marketing activities
Designing A/B tests to improve performance of all communications
Continuously monitoring and improving unsubscribe rates

Requirements:

Basic HTML knowledge
Strong knowledge of ESPs and email marketing
Excellent project management skills
Time management
Strong reporting and analysing skills

Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
