CRM Assistant

The Company.

For one of our clients, an international Shared Service Centre based in Barcelona, we are currently recruiting for a CRM Assistant with international background.

The Job.

In this role you will assisting the international CRM team in daily activities, including:
– creation and execution of CRM campaigns
– reporting and analysis of CRM activities
– communication with international stakeholders

– You have an excellent level of English (written/spoken), speaking German would be considered as a plus
– You have 1 year of experience in CRM/ Marketing (highly motivated recent Marketing graduates will be considered)
– You have good knowledge of CRM or e-mail marketing
– You are experienced in writing high quality documentation in English
– You have an academic degree in Sales and Marketing or Business Administration
– You have great understanding of marketing principles
– You are rigorous and detail oriented
– You have organization and prioritization skills
– You are responsible and have the ability to take ownership on your tasks
– You have superb communication skills
– You are a team player
