What is expected of you?
Chase debtors via telephone and e-mail
Send reminders and letters
Compile debtors report
Post payments in the system in a timely manner
Be able to collect debts within the agreed targets
Maintain confidentiality
Assist customers by solving queries
Perform other duties that might arise from time to time

Requirements
What are you expected to bring?
A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
Excellent English and Maltese communication skills
Be well-organised and able to meet deadlines
The ability to work in a group and liaise with other departments
