About the role
The Courier Sales Representative role is a great opportunity to leverage your sales skills to grow the number and quality of couriers partnering with Uber Eats. We are looking for a natural seller passionate about Uber and its mission of providing flexible earnings opportunities. Your primary focus will be bringing new couriers onto the platform, and you’ll leverage your skills in c sales and relationship building to affiliate couriers and provide them with a great experience during their onboarding process. You'll also be working with the team to design, optimize and implement efficient sales processes.
What You'll do
Leverage sales and relationship-building skills to grow the number of delivery partners in Spain and Portugal
Work over the phone with individuals or companies that have expressed their interest in becoming a delivery partner to convert them to active, providing them with a great experience along the process
Achieve and consistently exceed sales goals
Partner with onboarding teams to smoothly bring the partners online
Help us identify and build best practices for your sales team and others
Act as an ambassador of Uber Eats mission, brand, and product
Clearly communicate the value of Uber and its newest products to prospects via phone
Work in close collaboration with the local Spanish and Portuguese territory teams

Requirements
What you'll need
Full fluency in Spanish
Good knowledge of English
Exceptional listening, communication and organizational skills with a can-do mindset
Proven ability to multi-task and follow through while paying strict attention to detail
Coachability, interest in implementing feedback, and dedication to improvement of your craft
A builder's mind, and a passion for Uber and its mission for creating flexible earnings opportunities
An infectiously positive attitude and drive to win; hustle and determination
Past experience in a sales role preferred
