Job Description
Do you wish to join a team of professionals within a leading law firm in Malta? Our client provides the highest quality of legal services and support to our local and international client base; they are looking for an highly motivated and diligent individual to fill a Corporate Lawyer’s role within their company.
What is expected of you?
Be involved in company formation matters and corporate governance
Draft shareholder agreements, issues, listings of debt and equity securities
Negotiate a variety of commercial agreements
Advise on company law and regulatory issues
Assist in matters relating to cross-border mergers, privatisations, joint-ventures, re-domiciliations and company secretarial duties

Experience as a lawyer in Malta
Relevant field and/or a post-graduate degree will be considered an asset
