Job Description
We are looking to recruit an ambitious individual to join a multi-faceted team as a Corporate and Securities Lawyer. If you have the relevant qualifications, drive and determination, we would love to hear from you!
What is expected of you?
Assist various shareholders in public and private debt and equity financing, initial public offerings, security token offerings and stock exchange listings
Assist with corporate governance requirements, continuous disclosure obligations, and general regulatory compliance matters
Assist with M&A transactions, including take-over bids and corporate reorganisations

A minimum of 3 years’ corporate and securities experience
A Master of Arts in Financial Services
A Maltese Doctor of Law
