Consultant with European Languages

We are searching for a high-energy, self-motivated Consultant with Portuguese/ German/ French / Swedish or Dutch with very good English to join our rapidly expanding team. This person will be responsible for delivering a consistent level of exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent language, phone, and email skills, along with an understanding in qualifying customer opportunities.

Answer customer questions via phone, email and live chat by providing accurate, valid and complete information;
Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction;

YOU WILL be the right person, if you have:

Fluency in Portuguese/ German/ French / Swedish/ Dutch;
Good command in English;
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters;
High school degree;
Experience in the field of customer service is a big advantage.
