For one of our clients – a global leader in the online entertainment industry – we are looking for German, French and Romanian speakers who would like to join one of the company’s expert teams as a Non-Voice Support Consultant and provide outstanding service for their clients.

Essential duties and responsibilities:
* Respond to live chat and email inquiries – no inbound or outbound calls;
* Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure that all client documentation is stored securely;
* Demonstrate excellent knowledge and stay up-to-date on the latest upgrades of the company’s products;
* Join forces with other teams and contribute to the department’s growth;
* Achieve team and personal targets

Requirements

Requirements:
* Fluency in German, French or Romanian;
* Advanced level of English;
* Previous experience on a similar role is considered an advantage;
* Excellent communication skills;
* Interest in the field of online gaming is a plus;
* Strong PC literacy and curiosity for new technologies;
* Friendly attitude and ambition for excellence.
